Which areas do you pick up from?

We cover the whole of London and in fact the entire UK. We can also deliver to and from mainland Europe.


Do I need to book in advance?

Pre-booking is always recommended, but not always necessary. We can take on same day and last minute bookings.


Where are you based and do you charge for coming to me?

We are a London based company, with a large fleet of vehicles. We only charge from the location of the pick up, provided it is in London. For sites outside of London a run out charge may be incurred.


Can I travel in the van with the driver?

Yes by all means, there is always one spare seat available in our vehicles. If you require a second passenger please let us know in advance.


How long will the move take?

All of our drivers are professionally trained to carry out your move in the quickest and safest fashion possible. For a more accurate response please contact us and we will be able to discuss your needs and provide a detailed answer.


How do you handle special/valuable items?

Although we handle all items with care, we ask our customers to highlight any precious cargo to us, so we can ensure extra precautions are taken such as additional packaging and/or strapping.


How long have you been in business?

Alfi removals was established in 2014 and we completed thousands of successful moves.


Are you properly licensed?

Yes – we are properly licensed and each vehicle in our fleet has in transit insurance of £25,000.
